Teddy Bear Picnic
Blankets on the grass, bears under every arm, and a full afternoon in Chelles Park.
Families from across the community brought their favourite teddies to the Paris Playground for an afternoon of picnic games, face painting and a very well-attended bear parade under the Eiffel Tower.

Paris Playground Opening
The day the 25-foot Eiffel Tower opened to the neighbourhood.
Residents, builders and the City of St. Albert gathered in Chelles Park for the official ribbon cutting of the Paris Playground, with its Love Lock Bridge, lanterns and climbing structures for ages 18 months to 12 years.
It has been the centre of the community ever since.

Notice of Road Construction & Detours
As the Chérot neighbourhood continues to develop, we’re providing an update on the ongoing road construction in the immediate area. The 2026 road construction program will cause some disruption to traffic patterns with detours required, but the long-term outcomes are positive.
